SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The average delivery time for standard shipping is 5–10 business days. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, the courier, and high-season periods (e.g. Christmas).
In case of unexpected delays, we will inform you immediately and do our best to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to easily monitor the delivery status via our website or the courier’s website.
If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@zurika-nairobi.com.
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@zurika-nairobi.com.
Once the order has been processed, our standard return policy will apply. Cancellations are only possible for unshipped orders.
If your package arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us immediately at info@zurika-nairobi.com.
Send us photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can quickly assess the issue. In such cases, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund. Return shipping costs for damaged items are covered by us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If the product is damaged, attach a photo of the item and the packaging.
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send you the return address and further instructions.
As soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the full purchase amount.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
