Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped from our distribution center. We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is processed you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
Free Shipping
We offer Free Premium shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it (during business days). After this period, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible as the order is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing.
Average Delivery Times
We strive to offer the best value for money by shipping our products directly from the supplier. This helps us significantly save on transport, storage, packaging, and shipping costs, allowing us to offer products at a fair price. The total delivery time, including processing, is usually between 5 and 14 business days.
Note: During sale periods, holidays or busier days (like Black Friday) shipping and processing time can take longer than mentioned.
Delays
Although 98% of orders are delivered within the stated delivery time, delays can sometimes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you have any questions or need updates on your order, feel free to contact us via email.

Missing or incorrect information may cause delays. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate details.
Please note: If a package is lost or undeliverable due to incorrect information, the costs will be borne by the buyer, and we cannot offer a refund.
Lost Shipment

Track Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking information once your items have been shipped. You can also track your order through our Track-and-Trace page on the website.
Please note that tracking information may take up to 5 days after the order is placed to become available.
Where can I find my Tracking number?
Don’t worry! Once your items have been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number and you can also find it on the "track my order" page on our website.
If, for any reason, you did not receive an email or the tracking number doesn’t work, please contact us.
